And to all the members, our...my greetings also to the Elep Family, also my greetings to the angels, and everybody, lahat ng Ushers and Usherettes at lahat ng nandidito ngayon, sa delegations from all over the country and throughout the world, magandang magandang gabi sa inyong lahat.
This time, I’m gonna talk about the significance of the Rubenian International. Kasi marami sa atin ngayon ang hindi pa masyadong naintindihan kung ano talaga itong Rubenian International whether it be an another form of a working unit or what it is. What it signifies my friends is the early introduction of a, ahh…”ANOTHER ERA OF A LEADERSHIP TOWARDS THE FUTURE”. Kasi dati, yong contribution ko ditto sa PBMA is the formation of the Gold Eagle before. Yon ang nagiging contribution ko and that is where I am recognize by you guys, of course no kahit anong maliit pa ako narecognize nyo na ako. My biggest achievements is actually the Golden eagles before yong 100 na Gold eagles to support daddy’s medication and whatever expense he ask to incur in his lifetime.
Ngayon, my son, my eldest is…and the I told him… I want him to be recognized earlier than me. Because, I was recognize in the later years na of my life, nong malapit nang magretire ang lolo mo. Now, I’d like you to do something na… could be recognizable and appreciable by everyone in PBMA so that an another era of leadership will be recognize as early as possible. Para, syempre kanya-kanya man tayong panahon ba no. If my time will come na and then i’ts his term already, now hindi na kayo mahihirapan mag-adjust pa sa sarili nyo,kung what will be again another era of a leadership. Kasi minsan no, during my leadership, even until now when I started to be your leader and until now, meron pang mga question in mind ba no, and it is normal because probably there are things which cannot be done by my leadership that has been done by the previous administration. But there are also things that the previous administration has looked over, and then my administration has looked upon it so, its there to say that there is a great balance of achievement. Although we are not in a competition my friend for whatever achievements that we have but then the continuation only of what has been started. Yon po ang nagiging papel naming na mga leaders ninyo dito sa PBMA.
There are times wherein I was told by my Dad before na ang sabi niya, “Sa iyo ngayon ang papel na pagandahin an gating association” and then sabi ko naman sa kanya, “Daddy, ano ba ang form na pagpapaganda ng aking gagawin kundi everything is set by you already and that the people are already in there, no? Nandodoon nap o ang mga tao. What kind of an improvement will I do in order that I could do my mission as you have commissioned me to do and what else to be done?” Ang sabi niya, “My dear bobong”, sabi niya, “Hindi na yan pinoprogram naming, problema mo na yan, kasi ang amin dito, tapos na ang gawa naming dito. But, it will be continued by you and the coming leader”. So… well… I said to myself, sa mga nangyayari ngayon, puro pangangamba and nasa isip o sa puso ng tao. Puro pangangamba o puro kaba ang nasa isip ngayon ng tao, nasa puso ngayon ng tao. Ano ang magiging good achievement ko sa kanila? It’s my biggest question.
But then, ito pala ang nagiging achievement ko sa inyo: Na kahit na anong gawing lindol o gawing pagsubok sa mga detractors natin kasi alam na natin kung ano ang trabaho ng detractors. Kasi paminsan-minsan din naman daw masyado din naman daw unfair kung walang… kung wala ba din naman daw achievements an gating mga detractors. Kaya daw paminsan-minsan niyayanig tayo ng ganyan para sag anon we will be able to move forward with the commotions from out detractors, so, and then magiging achievements daw dyan, if we can manage to still be together and stay together whatever the consequences will be. Eh sa tingin ko medyo nandidito pa naman tayo, marami tayo! Tapos kahit na anong gawin ng mga detractors sa atin kahit na natalo ang ating Mommy Glen sa politika before, like we are still there and right now nanalo siya, na kahit na medyo mayroon na naman akong problema ngayon, ayan pa naman tayo no! We could not be moved, as already told na para bang hindi tayo magiging magkakahiwalay kahit na anong gawin ng mga detractors sa atin dahil yon again ang nagiging papel nila at natin sa buhay.

I look upon ourselves as a great train of the world because the association of the organization is a chain of people, where we are to consider the chapters, the delegations and the member itself… it groups like a train, the components of the train. A train has its own locomotive that is the lead, the lead head of the train, has the engine, whether it be steam powered or gas powered. Yong steam power noon po yong tinatawag nilang mayron silang sinusunog na coal. Coal no, diba gang? Coal, yan, its coal. Instead of being envious, we could be something of an example that we could stand proudly that we could make something out of our own. And that, we have at least some resources here na magiging, o, that would make us look like that, or those things globally, kung baga.

All the people now in that channel is talking about looking for another planet to inhabit because the earth will soon loose its vitality… Yung mga ultra violet rays from the sun, all those global warming, all those alarming facts, that the species are disappearing from this earth, and they knew the numbers and how many millions of that specie is disappearing in that period… they are trying to count on those lost species, and they are trying to recover what has been lost by conservation… If you will be able to analyze those things, pagkatapos, and then do you know why the first era of life in this planet is gone, yung mga dinosaurs. The comet, yung malaking star na nasa taas, biglang nahulog dito sa lupa, that extinguishes, annihilated by the heat and the radiation produced by the effect alone. What will happen, if one day, we will never know guys, one day, that thing will just happen, so there’ll be annihilation of ano.. kaya ngayon they are talking about looking for another planet to inhibit, which is quite alarming. It’s quite alarming.. If those things… pero sabi ko naman, Ah! There is God! There is God!
